This policy explains how Crowne Point Advisory (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information through crownepointadv.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete the assessment: your name, company, email, phone, state, website, and your answers about revenue, taxes, finance, legal and goals.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
How we use it
- To review your assessment and match you with an appropriate professional.
- To contact you about your assessment by phone or email.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share your assessment with the professional you are referred to, including The Law Offices of Nik Agharkar (Crowne Point Tax & Wealth Counsel), and with service providers who host the site and process form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing nik@crownepointtax.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. We will respond within the time the law requires.
Retention
We keep assessment information as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business records, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Confidential information
Please don’t submit confidential or privileged information through this site. Submitting the assessment does not create an attorney-client or accountant-client relationship.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
