Sound familiar?

The kitchen-table setup stops working around $2M.

What got the company here was a bookkeeper down the street and an accountant you see in April. Past a few million in revenue, the stakes change.

  • Last year’s tax bill was bigger than anyone warned you it would be.
  • Your CPA files the return but never calls with a plan.
  • Contracts are templates, or handshakes.
  • Nobody is forecasting cash, so decisions get made from the bank balance.
  • A buyer or investor has come asking, and you’re not sure you’re ready.
How it works

One application. The right advisor. One call.

  1. Apply in a minute

What you’re working on, your revenue and the decision in front of you. Then a few more questions about your structure and advisors.

  2. Get matched

Your answers point to the service that fits, whether that’s accounting, a CFO, counsel, a capital raise, an exit or a trust plan.

  3. Go straight to your plan

Because the background is already covered, your first call is about what to do, not who you are.

About Crowne Point Advisory

Questions

Before you start.

What is Crowne Point Advisory?

Crowne Point Advisory is a single front door for owners of companies doing $2M to $50M a year who need more than a bookkeeper. You complete a short application, and you’re matched to the right service: tax planning and accounting, a fractional CFO, fractional general counsel, capital raising, sale and exit planning, or trust and charitable planning.

Who is Crowne Point Advisory for?

Owners of private companies with roughly $2 million to $50 million in annual revenue whose business has outgrown a part-time bookkeeper, a once-a-year tax preparer, or a lawyer they call only when something breaks.

How does the assessment work?

It starts with a one-minute application: what you’re working on, your revenue, and the decision in front of you. Then about three minutes of questions on your structure, your books and advisors today, and what’s ahead in the next 12 months. Your answers decide which advisor you’re matched with, so the first call opens with a plan rather than background questions.

Is Crowne Point Advisory a law firm or a CPA firm?

No. Crowne Point Advisory handles intake and matching. Legal, tax and accounting services are provided by independent professionals, including The Law Offices of Nik Agharkar (Crowne Point Tax & Wealth Counsel), which has CPAs on staff alongside counsel.
